Sara Mathews, RDN

Sara Mathews, MS, RDN is the Health Promotion and Wellness Initiative Manager at Intermountain Health. Her primary specialty is Dietetics, and her clinical interests include nutrition, diabetes prevention, and fall prevention. She is also passionate about pediatric weight management and health coaching.

When not at work, Sara can be found traveling the world, playing in the outdoors, cooking delicious food, backyard farming, and spending time with her husband, children, family, and friends.
