Sandy Tsai, NP

After spending a decade as an acute care registered nurse, Sandy Holder, NP-C, was inspired to become a family nurse practitioner in order to impact her patients’ lives more directly. Sandy’s goal as a provider is to work collaboratively with each individual to help them live their healthiest life possible. She values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her patients as she guides them on their healthcare journey.

Sandy received her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Touro University, Nevada, and is a graduate from the Intermountain Health Advanced Practice Provider Primary Care Fellowship.
