Samuel S. May, NP

Samuel May, NP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in electrophysiology with a focus in cardiac and heart rhythm care at Intermountain Health’s McKay-Dee Heart Rhythm Specialists in Ogden, Utah. He supports patients in Ogden, Weber County, northern Davis County and surrounding communities treating and diagnosing heart rhythm disorders, or arrhythmias.

After serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Samuel desired to help individuals in need. He spent most of his nursing career in cardiology and worked as a paramedic before becoming a nurse. Samuel is looking forward to the future of healthcare and plans to contribute to improved patient outcomes, more equitable care, and decreased overall cost of healthcare services through proactive and preventative medicine.

The Northern Utah native is married with four children and loves Utah's diverse landscape and terrain. Outside of work, Samuel enjoys hiking, backpacking, hunting, fishing, and any other outdoor activity.
