Dr Wong explains everything and can give me more than one option usually, but ultimately she listens to me and does what’s best for me.

Really paying attention and listening to your patient. Maybe take an extra minute to absorb what the patient is telling you. Think a minute a prescription is not always the right solution for every patient.

I’d appreciate if you show more patience and empathy towards your patients. Be mindful of who your new patients are and learn a bit about them to see what situations they are in. As a new patient, we didn’t know about each other well enough to be that straightforward.

I’ve jumped from PCP for the last few years because I haven’t liked the physician for several reasons. Dr Wong is the first person that I immediately knew I wanted to keep as my primary care physician! She’s not only extremely thorough but also has great bedside manner.
