Samantha Concha, RD

Samantha (Sam) is a Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition
(CSO) and Denver native coming up on 7 years of experience in clinical and private practice
settings. She obtained her Master's degree at Illinois State University, but ultimately found her
way back to Colorado for the mountains. Sam enjoys spending time with family and friends
outdoors, cooking and visiting local Highland Cow farms, as they are her favorite
animal. Sam's mission is to empower individuals who are currently undergoing cancer
treatment to advocate for their nutritional wellbeing in their oncology and primary care offices.
Sam focuses on side effect management as these symptoms often lead to difficulties with
maintaining one's nutrition. For individuals who are on the other side of cancer treatment, Sam
offers education on lifestyle and diet modifications that are clinically proven to reduce the risk
of cancer recurrence
