Samantha C. Keirsey, NP

Samantha Keirsey is a certified nurse practitioner at Intermountain Health's Primary Children's Hospital, where she serves children and their families in the Salt Lake area and surrounding communities. Her clinical interests include neonatology, neonatal surgical care, quality improvement in neonatology, and neonatal palliative care. She is passionate about providing the best patient care possible while ensuring families are involved in all aspects of care, fostering a supportive relationship between the medical team and the family.

Samantha's philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that every baby should be treated with dignity and respect throughout their unique NICU journey and that the privilege of caring for the tiniest of humans should never be taken for granted. Potential patients should know that she cares deeply for each patient and will always do her best for them.

When not working, the Pennsylvania native enjoys spending time with her dogs and cats, paddleboarding, hiking, and reading. She lives with her boyfriend, their four dogs, and three cats in the Salt Lake area.
