Sabrina Crose Higley, PA

Sabrina Higley, PA, is a neurohospitalist at Intermountain Health's Southern Utah Neurosciences Institute, where she provides expert care for patients with neurological conditions in St. George and nearby communities. She consults, assesses, and manages patients in the hospital with various neurological conditions.

Sabrina began her medical career as a CNA in 2011, then later spent eight years as a Physical Therapist Assistant at St. George Regional Hospital. Her passion for patient care inspired her to pursue her Master of Physician Assistant Studies, which she earned from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 2024.

Originally from West Valley City, UT, Sabrina has called St. George home since 2009 and loves the area. She married her high school sweetheart, and together they have a daughter, a son, and a German shepherd. In her free time, Sabrina enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.
