I gave my feedback on Dr. Shakib in an earlier question, but I will also add that she followed up twice by phone to check on my son and answer questions that had come up. I appreciate that she cares enough to make sure we are OK and understands that it can be hard to call and ask.

Dr Shakib too great care of us, she followed up later in the evening and when our child required escalation of care, she checked in with us after he was discharged and again the next day to make sure recovery was going as expected. We also made a plan to see her the following week to follow up.
