S. Aaron O. Klomp, MD

Dr. Aaron O. Klomp is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Intermountain Health in St. George, Utah. He provides expert care in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, helping patients restore function, confidence, and well-being. His practice includes a full range of plastic surgery services, including breast reconstruction, body contouring, skin cancer treatment, and trauma reconstruction. He is dedicated to ensuring that each patient feels comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their care journey.

Originally from Panaca, Nevada, Dr. Klomp earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, completing clinical rotations in Las Vegas. He then pursued a six-year plastic surgery residency at St. Louis University School of Medicine, followed by a fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. His passion for reconstructive surgery began during a trauma rotation, where he assisted in complex facial reconstruction for a patient who had suffered severe injuries in a car accident. That experience solidified his decision to specialize in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Klomp is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel at ease.
