Roy Perlot, MD

Dr. Roy Perlot joined Intermountain Health, in 2005 when the clinic where he was practicing was acquired by us. He stayed with Intermountain Health because he appreciates the nice family atmosphere he finds here.

Dr. Perlot is an internal medicine provider that specializes in senior care and enjoys applying his expertise to the most complicated and challenging cases. He takes the time to listen to his patients and to develop treatment plans that work with their individual lifestyles, which he says is the key to long-term success and well-being.

Dr. Perlot grew up in Saudi Arabia, and if he hadn’t chosen a career in medicine, he would have become a professional gamer. In his spare time, he enjoys online gaming, mountain biking, and working out to relieve stress.

Dr. Perlot earned his BS and MD from the University of Illinois and began practicing medicine in 2003. He did his residency at Los Angeles County’s USC Medical Center in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and speaks medical Spanish.
