He was great. I was very grateful with how well he explained what was going on. He reassured me he would clarify all the medical terms he was telling other staff in the beginning of the appointment and then at the end he was very clear and helped me understand every part. I didn't feel rushed at all. He was kind and clear.

He’s a great doctor and explains things so well. We love how he listens and really looks at our child. Favorite Doctor we have seen for our child.

Dr. Williams had an excellent bedside manner and was a very calming presence in the room with my upset toddler. He was patient and gentle and moved at my child’s pace. He was thoughtful to warm up the stethoscope before he listened to my son’s heart. Before he saw us in the room, he stopped the nurse from more failed attempts at getting my son’s blood pressure because he was inconsolable at that point and I appreciated him stepping in.
