Rhonda Chambers, NP, is a dedicated nurse practitioner at St. Mary’s Family Medicine Clinic in Grand Junction, committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care grounded in both traditional medicine and holistic principles. She is passionate about preventive care and about empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to live healthier, more balanced lives.

Rhonda’s clinical interests include wellness, diabetes management, sexual health, women’s health, and integrative and functional therapies. She is especially passionate about wellness care, guiding patients to optimize their overall health through education, lifestyle changes, and preventive strategies. In managing diabetes—one of the most common chronic conditions—she finds fulfillment in helping patients take control of their health through diet, exercise, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

In women’s and sexual health, Rhonda is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns.
