I mentioned her before, but she doesn't just do a quick check up she asks questions and checks on everything. She listened to every concern and even when through each of my medications to check and explain side effects to me. She validated me and made me feel heard rather than judged for asking about a few things.

She has been attentive on previous visits. I think she was having an off day.

Even if she was having a bad morning, she was just rude and I left the appointment upset and no better off than when I first arrived.
