Rebecca C. Decker, RD

Rebecca "Becky" Decker is a registered dietician at Intermountain Health's Cottonwood Medical Clinic - Endocrine and Diabetes in Murray, Utah. She really enjoys the education side of her work, seeing patients change and grow as they learn which lifestyle habits will help improve their health.

As a provider, Becky believes history is the best predictor of the future. She likes to focus on small, realistic changes that are sustainable and help patients reach their goals. She is very lifestyle focused and likes to look at the big picture versus quick fixes.

Becky's clinical interests include diabetes, prevention and wellness, intuitive and mindful eating, weight management, and meal planning. She treats all types of diabetes, obesity, and heart disease, offering services such as diabetes education and management, mindful and intuitive eating guidance, CGM training and placement, insulin review and adjustments, and blood glucose review.

Becky wants patients to know that while she has realistic expectations, she still encourages her patients to try new things.

Becky is from Salt Lake City, Utah. Outside of work, she can be found playing with her kids inside or outside, cheering them on at their sporting events, and spending lots of quality time with family. She also admits to spending way too much time making sourdough bread!
