Bio:

Dr. Gilliland is proud to be part of the team at Utah Valley Pain Management.
He conducts psychological evaluations and provides evidence-based psychotherapy for adults in need of help managing chronic pain and other related difficulties. He has specialized training in acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. He also specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia and offers therapy that is tailored to the needs, goals, challenges and strengths of each patient. 
Outside of work, Dr. Gilliland enjoys time with his family, outdoor activities, insightful movies- A Monster Calls, Antwone Fisher, Lars and the Real Girl and Inside Out are a few of his favorites.
