She didn't rush, she was willing to answer what felt like 2,959 of my questions, made sure I knew about possible side effects of a new medicine, and was even thoughtful enough to ask how my cardiology appointment went (she made the referral for me a couple of months ago). I had a great visit, as always, and I appreciate her care and knowledge (don't let her good looks fool you - she's a nerdy science person who knows all the things).

Rachel really empowered my daughter to make decisions in her care. Rather than saying something like, "I'm going to prescribe XYZ medicine," she told her about the option she had in mind, why she recommended it, and asked if that felt okay and comfortable for her. It blew me away.

Rachel dosen't have to look at a clipboard or a monitor to know my name, she knowes me, and thats inmportant. I get the best and most excellent care.
