Everything was great.

Rachel is a doll! She definitely listened to me about my concerns and we came up with options I felt good about.

Look, I have epilepsy and seizures. There may be no end in sight to my seizures. Rachel always does a fantastic job of listening to anything that I have to tell her. If she can help me with my issues she does. If she can't, she points me in the right direction. I feel bad she has to listen to my problems. - I don't know how much Rachel gets paid, but it's not enough. Please thank her for me and give her a raise.

I would have to say that even though I am a patient, she still talks to me like I am a person. She explains things completely without talking down to me. I enjoyed my visit with her.
