Rachel Christine Niemet, MD

Rachel Niemet, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to women at every stage of life. A Colorado native, she brings over a decade of experience as a practicing OB/GYN, including more than ten years of service in Pueblo, CO.

Her clinical interests include high- and low-risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology, abnormal uterine bleeding, minimally invasive surgery, and medical education. Dr. Niemet is committed to partnering with her patients, taking time to listen and collaborate on personalized care plans that best suit each individual’s needs.

Dr. Niemet earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and completed her Doctor of Medicine at Creighton University School of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Akron General Medical Center.

Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Niemet is a devoted mother of two and can often be found cheering from the sidelines at games and wrestling meets. She is also a proud member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, where she enjoys immersing herself in medieval history through sewing, archery, and sword fighting.
