Rachel B. Vainer, NP

Rachel Osiason is a dedicated nurse practitioner specializing in pediatrics at Primary Children's Hospital. She serves patients and their families in Salt Lake City and Northern Utah. With clinical interests in functional constipation, fecal soiling, and rectal prolapse, she is committed to providing expert care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Guided by her philosophy that "people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel," Rachel is passionate about patient and family education. She goes the extra mile to ensure her patients and their families feel heard, understood, and prioritized, delivering compassionate, comprehensive care.

When she's not working, the Tampa, Florida native enjoys hiking, playing tennis, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She recently relocated to Salt Lake City with her fiancé, and she loves exploring their new home, though most of her family still lives on the East Coast.
