About Rachael M. Miller
About The Provider
Born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, Rachael received a bachelor's degree in Theater Arts from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado in 2006. She earned a master's degree in Medical Sciences & Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University in Jacksonville, Florida in 2018. Following her education, she moved to Casper, Wyoming where she began practicing as a cardiology physician assistant prior to relocating back to Colorado where she currently works at the SCL Health Heart & Vascular Institute. Rachael has always had a passion for health sciences.

As a PA in cardiology, Rachael enjoys collaborating with her colleagues to develop the optimum plan for each patient at every stage of health. She is passionate about adhering to an evidence-based approach while remaining cognizant of the need to treat patients as individuals.
When she is not at work, Rachael enjoys practicing yoga, cooking for her family and hanging out with her golden retriever, Darrell.

She is absolutely number one in my book. This is the third time over the years that I've worked with her and I now prefer her as my primary care physician. She attentive and considerate and makes me feel as if she cares beyond expectations. I enjoy her personality and friendliness. A very pleasant person who knows what she's doing and is well studied on my patient chart and what has been going on with me since I last saw her. She's just amazing and I am going to recommend her to anyone that has a need for a cardiologist.
