Rachael Gollub, MD

Originally from Northern New Mexico, Dr. Gollub pursued an undergraduate degree in cultural and regional studies at Prescott College in Prescott, Arizona. Her unconventional educational background took her across 1,500 miles of the US/Mexico Border, to central Mexico where she worked as an international intern in a small community hospital, and across virtual borders in her home community where she helped to develop language proficiency classes for migrant workers. Each of these experiences further compelled Dr. Gollub toward medicine. She later attended Northeast Ohio Medical University, where she received her medical degree, and completed her residency at St. Mary’s Family Medicine Residency in Grand Junction, Colorado. She is board certified in family medicine.

I became a family medicine doctor because my interests in medicine are broad. I enjoy taking care of patients of all ages, and feel privileged to be a partner in their health.”

When not seeing patients, Dr. Gollub enjoys being outside pursuing adventures big and small, whether that be hiking, mountain biking, skiing or backpacking…or cooking delicious food…or curling-up in a quiet corner with a good book or crafting project.
