Rachael Martinez is a compassionate and dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at Intermountain Health's Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City. She supports patients and their families in Northern Utah, Salt Lake City, and surrounding communities. Her clinical interests include neonatology, neonatal surgical conditions, and complex neonatal management.

Rachael believes that every infant deserves individualized, evidence-based care. Her holistic approach considers not only the infant's medical needs but also the family's psychosocial dynamics. Outside of work, the Salt Lake City native enjoys traveling, reading, and writing—she's even working on a novel in her spare time! Rachael cherishes time with her wonderful husband and their baby boy, exploring the world together as a family.
