During his medical training, he volunteered on two global health trips, providing orthopedic care to remote villages in the Dominican Republic, and plans to continue his involvement there in the future. Dr. Locker’s motivation for becoming a board-certified orthopedic surgeon is rooted in his desire to focus on restoring and promoting the physical health of patients and the community.
“When meeting with patients and their loved ones, I treat everyone with respect and make an effort to understand what is important to them. This allows me to develop a treatment plan that best fits their specific circumstances and goals. No matter what the issue is, and whether we are treating it operatively or non-operatively, I will be by your side each step of the way toward recovery.”
As an athlete, Dr. Locker understands the vital connection between physical activity and overall wellness and is committed to partnering with you to help you achieve your goals.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and backpacking, and cherishes quality time outdoors with his wife and daughter.

He talks very fast making it hard to hear everything as I wear hearing aids. If he doesn’t face me when talking to me, I can’t understand as well.
