About Peter Boulos
About The Provider
Peter Boulos, MD, is a dual board-certified cardiologist in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease, with advanced fellowship training in cardiovascular disease, interventional and structural interventional cardiology. His clinical interests include coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, and cardiovascular physiology. He is especially drawn to coronary interventions, which he finds meaningful for their ability to help people in life-threatening situations. Dr. Boulos is equally passionate about structural heart interventions, which he values for their capacity to restore quality of life for his patients.
He pursued medicine, in particular cardiology, due to his own family’s experiences. This foundation guides his approach to care—one that is deeply empathetic, patient-centered, and focused on building long-term partnerships. Dr. Boulos understands that every individual has unique goals and expectations, and he prioritizes listening and tailoring care to meet those needs. He believes that mutual respect, open communication, and shared decision-making form the core of meaningful doctor-patient relationships.
“I understand that every person is different in what they are seeking from their physician and always respect those wishes. I look to always create a partnership and friendship with my patients.”
Dr. Boulos earned his Master of Science from the University of South Florida and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical School, followed by three fellowships at the University of Colorado in Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, and Structural Interventional Cardiology.
Outside of work, Dr. Boulos enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their two dogs. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys skiing, snowboarding, golfing, woodworking, and relaxing on the water whenever he can.
