When a patient comes to you frustrated due to lack of diagnosis despite years of trying to figure out their condition, being dismissive and seeming uninterested does not put the patient at ease nor give the patient confidence that you actually want to help them.

Dr. Lorimer has been a great addition to my care team and has been very open and honest with me about my diagnosis, but there's compassion there as well, I know he cares and wants the best outcome for me.
