About The Provider
Patrick Johnson is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Bear River, in Tremonton, Utah, supporting patients in Tremonton, Mendon, Brigham City, Garland, and surrounding communities. He is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy with expertise in sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, spine rehabilitation, post-operative rehab, pediatrics, sports medicine, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Patrick’s interest in physical therapy began when he took a sports medicine class in high school. However, it wasn't until he visited a therapist in Rexburg, ID, during his college years at BYU-Idaho, that he decided to pursue this career. Seeing how the therapist treated patients and helped them get back to their activities inspired him to follow the same path. Patrick loves helping people on their recovery journey, guiding them from pain to power through therapy.
Growing up in Riverton, he’s always had a passion for sports. He enjoys watching college basketball and football games, especially cheering for the Cougars of BYU—he still bleeds blue! In his personal life, he loves spending time with his wife and four kids, whether it's watching movies, going on hikes, or enjoying the outdoors. Patrick also enjoys working in the yard and has recently taken up skiing with his family during the winter.
