Pallavi Ranade, PhD, MS, BE is the Director of Research Informatics and Genomics and an Assistant Professor at Intermountain Health. Dr. Ranade’s research interests include precision health and biomedical informatics, clinical decision support, health information exchange, care coordination, behavioral and mental health, system usability, and digital health informatics.
Dr. Ranade is currently serving on the Scientific Program Committee for the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) Annual Symposium 2026. She also has an adjunct appointment at the University of Utah’s Department of Biomedical Informatics, and serves on the national College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) Policy Steering Committee.
