Norma Odeh, RD

Norma Odeh is a registered dietitian (RD), who specializes in diabetes care and weight management at Intermountain Health’s McKay-Dee Hospital Outpatients Nutrition Services in Ogden, Utah. She supports patients in Ogden, South Ogden, North Ogden, and surrounding communities providing medical nutrition therapy to manage diseases like diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Utah State University and is also an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant.

Norma enjoys partnering with patients who are working toward a healthier lifestyle. She believes that every person deserves a supportive team behind them, and she’s dedicated to helping each patient set goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and achievable.

Originally from Logan, Utah, Norma brings a warm, down‑to‑earth approach to care. Outside of work, she enjoys life as a mom of two, walking her dog, running, and reading.
