About Noa Kossmann
About The Provider
My name is Noa Kossmann. I received my Bachelor's in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, and my Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of Kansas/The University of Kansas Medical Center. I currently work at Platte Valley Hospital, splitting my time between outpatient adults and inpatient care. I am certified in the McNeil Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP), a specialized dysphagia therapy program, and I am a licensed SPEAK OUT! provider for Parkinson's voice, cognitive, and swallow therapy. Outside of those specialties, I see patients with dysphagia, aphasia, dysarthria, voice disorders, and cognitive deficits. The patients I see have a variety of diagnoses, including strokes, brain injuries, dementia, and more.
I grew up in Indiana, Minnesota, and New York. In my adult life, I lived in Kansas City for two years and Northern Virginia (outside of DC) for two years. After those adventures, I moved to Colorado! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my dog.
