Nichole (Nikki) L. Bernhard, OT

Nichole “Nikki” Bernhard is an occupational therapist (OT) at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Park City Neuro in Park City, Utah. She supports patients and their families in Park City, Kamas, and surrounding communities working with clients and their caregivers who have been diagnosed with a variety of neurologic conditions.

Nikki has been practicing as an occupational therapist for 26 years, committed to delivering client-centered therapy that supports the restoration of meaningful activities, community integration, work, and leisure pursuits, including adaptive recreation. As a longstanding resident of Park City, she is appreciative of the opportunity to serve individuals with neurological conditions within the community.

When not in the clinic, you can find her on the trail, gardening, cooking, and enjoying life with family and friends.
