Dr. Lowe, I know you have a busy practice and see a lot of the same things everyday, but take a little time to tune in more to the experience that sometimes it's the patients first time in a dermatologist clinic. I honestly felt like I was in a cold vet room than a patient exam room. Wrap up the visit to ensure your patients understand everything you are doing and they why behind it.

He is a great Doctor

Dr. Lowe is very conscientious of what he is doing. Listens to your questions and concerns. Not only thorough clinical skills he has a terrific bedside manner. Would highly recommend Dr. Lowe.

I explained to him about my rosacea and the medicine I was given and now it didn’t work for me. He gave me a new prescription to try with the 90 day trial. For a return visit if necessary. Again, listening to my concern and reacting leaving me hanging.

I had a slightly weird experience with the tech who checked me in. I go to the derm twice a year. I have some family history and I’ve had a few things removed or looked at over the years. I felt like the tech was sort of questioning in a somewhat challenging way exactly why I would come every 6 months. I don’t know if this was for insurance scrutiny or other reason but I didn’t appreciate it and pushed back a bit. Here I am being proactive about my health - nothing crazy or excessive. I would think that would be welcomed and never challenged
