Nicholas A. Anzalone, MD

Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania Dr. Anzalone received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Pennsylvania State University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Dr. Anzalone’s clinical interests include antibiotic stewardship.

When not working, Dr. Anzalone enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping and spending time with his golden retriever.
