I am an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation of shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand injuries. I work with all ages of patients and types of injuries including traumatic, atraumatic, surgical and chronic conditions.

I am an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with 22 years of experience specializing in the orthopedic rehabilitation of shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand injuries. I work with all ages of patients and types of injuries including traumatic, atraumatic, surgical and chronic conditions. I adopt a holistic approach in treatment by recognizing the importance of treating the person and not just the injury. I am a huge advocate for staying active and I enjoy engaging in high intensity full body workouts and competing in road, trail, and ultra running events. I love working with my patients to get them back to doing what they want to do by developing a plan of action through rehabilitation to meet their goals. I enjoy my job because I get to see my patients progress over time in returning to what they love and leave them with an understanding of their injury, what to expect and how to manage and continue to build on what they learn for application to future, work, exercise, daily living and Leisure pursuits.. I was born and raised in Idaho Falls and moved to Ogden in 2008. I still live here with my wife and together we have 6 children that are mostly grown. We love spending time with them and in my free time I love trail running, weightlifting and hiking the Grand Canyon rim to rim to rim once a year.
