Nelson Jones, PA

David “Nelson” Jones, PA-C, earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from North Carolina State University in Raleigh. He then spent five years working as an EMT in rural Colorado. Nelson returned to school and graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, CO. His clinical interests include all things having to do with orthopedic trauma surgery. As a provider, Nelson strives to partner with his patients from the first visit to discharge, providing empathetic, competent, patient-centered medical care that fits their needs and lifestyles.

Nelson enjoys being outside trail running, mountain biking, or whitewater kayaking. Married with two cats, he also loves making bags with his sewing machine for his outdoor adventures.
