Nazaneen Pack, PA

Nazaneen Pack is a certified physician assistant specializing in general surgery at Intermountain Health’s American Fork Surgical Associates in American Fork, Utah. She supports patients in Provo, Orem, Vineyard, Lindon, and surrounding communities, supporting patients with hiatal hernia repairs, ventral hernia reports, and other general surgery operations.

Nazaneen is passionate about working with her hands, educating patients, and ensuring they feel confident and informed about their surgical journey. She believes in a patient-centered approach, using visual education to make surgery less intimidating. She graduated from the University of Utah’s PA program in 2013 and has since gained extensive experience in colorectal, general, and plastic surgery.

When she’s not working, the Salt Lake City native enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, as well as traveling and exploring new places with her loved ones.
