Dr. Anderson is originally from Salem, Utah. After graduating from Spanish Fork high school, he attended Brigham Young University majoring in biology. While attending Brigham Young University, he worked as a phlebotomist at North Canyon clinic, which inspired him to pursue a career in family medicine.
He completed medical school in Mesa, Arizona at A.T. Still University (2009-2013) and completed his family medicine residency training at the University of Wyoming in Casper (2013-2016).
Dr. Anderson moved back to Salem in 2016 with his wife and four children. Dr. Anderson is a strong advocate for lifestyle medicine, believing that proper nutrition, regular exercise, and adequate sleep are essential for achieving optimal health. He is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys spending time in the outdoors.
