Monique Keehan Mahlum, MD

Monique Mahlum, MD, is a cardiovascular hospitalist at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. She cares only for hospitalized patients with sudden or serious heart conditions. She is passionate about caring for patients in the hospital. She draws on her full training in internal medicine while focusing especially on patients with acute heart disease.

Dr. Mahlum earned her medical degree from UC Davis. She completed her internal medicine residency at UC San Diego, where she then served an extra year as chief medical resident.

Dr. Mahlum also serves as the senior medical director for the Medical Specialties Service Line. In this role, she leads with a heart for service and helps guide strategy and clinical and operational best practices for more than 100 specialty providers across Utah.
