Monica Maria Alvarez Hinckley, DPT

Monica Hinckley is a Doctor of Physical Therapy practicing neurologic rehabilitation at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Spanish Fork Neuro in Spanish Fork, Utah. She supports patients in Spanish Fork, Santaquin, Payson, and surrounding communities specializing in facial rehabilitation, dizziness and balance therapy, neurologic therapy, chronic pain, concussion, spine, and orthopedics. Monica’s passion lies in working with people from all walks of life managing various medical conditions.

Monica’s admiration and commitment to patient care began when she was a youth, getting early exposure to both Physical and Occupational Therapy due to a traumatic accident experienced by a close friend. Monica was able to see firsthand specific ways in which rehabilitation can have deep and meaningful success both in the short and long term therapeutic journey.

Monica is a proud mother to three beautiful children who keep her family very entertained. They enjoy all outdoor activities and watching movies while she also personally loves dancing, hiking, and good food. Her native language is Spanish and has had the opportunity to live in many states, helping her understand and appreciate people of all cultures. Her greatest accomplishments include her marriage, kids, profession, and once having had the opportunity to serve a five-course meal.
