About The Provider
Professional Positions:
Lymphology Association of North America Certified
Bio:
I attended the University of Utah, where I received my bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2014 and my doctorate in physical therapy in 2016. Currently, I work mainly with orthopedic patients, specifically those with workplace injuries. I am also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and enjoy treating this population as well.
My professional journey began in high school when, as a student athlete, I frequently received treatment from a physical therapist. I found the profession very intriguing and was amazed at how much better I felt after my treatments. This experience inspired me to become a therapist myself, knowing I could make a difference in other people's lives.
I grew up in Davis County and love many outdoor sports, including hiking, fishing, camping, and snowboarding. Growing up, I was heavily involved in playing soccer and became a soccer referee. Over the years, I improved my skills and refereed semi-pro and collegiate-level games. I have since retired from soccer and now spend my time with my family. I have three beautiful daughters who share many of my hobbies.
