Miriam Padilla, MD is an endocrinologist at Intermountain Health’s Utah Valley Clinic – Endocrine & Diabetes in Provo, Utah. She supports patients in Provo, Orem, Vineyard, Lindon, and more helping patients create healthier lifestyle choices to treat and prevent chronic medical conditions.

When she is not seeing patients, you can find her singing and dancing as part of a traditional Puerto Rican Bomba music group which she co-directs. She also loves hiking, walking, travelling, and being involved in the community. She has been vegetarian since age 13 and has participated in multiple medical volunteer trips abroad including to Ghana, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Mexico, and more.

I think she just came in on autopilot I'm sure she had had a long day it was a 5:00 p.m. appointment but even still I'm a patient that waited a month to see her and I just expected a little bit more I've had doctors that really truly cared and I've had some that don't care and she was definitely on the side that felt like she didn't really care and that I was just a number
