Mindy B Crockett, RD

Mindy grew up in North Logan, Utah and graduated from Utah State University with a Batchelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has been working as a dietitian for Intermountain Health at Utah Valley Hospital since 2006. She enjoys working individually with patients to develop nutrition plans that address a variety of nutrition needs and concerns. Mindy has completed specialty training in weight management and also has experience with diabetes prevention, weight loss surgery, heart health, and disordered eating.
