Mindie Alpert, CNM

Mindie Alpert, CNM, provides comprehensive women’s health services to patients in Grand Junction, Colorado. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse, spending seven years caring for women during some of life’s most meaningful moments before returning to school to earn her degree in midwifery. With more than 20 years of experience in women’s health, Mindie brings deep knowledge, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to every visit.

Mindie enjoys many aspects of caring for women and finds her work most fulfilling when patients feel truly heard and leave their visit feeling lighter and more supported than when they arrived. Her clinical interests include contraception counseling, sexual health and wellness, and reproductive wellness. She strives to create a safe, supportive space where patients receive thoughtful care, respect, and encouragement that extends well beyond the visit itself.

Most recently, Mindie worked overseas, further broadening her perspective on women’s health and patient care across cultures. She is a proud mother to her daughter and values the importance of connection, understanding, and advocacy in healthcare.

Outside of work, Mindie enjoys spending time on hiking trails, behind a camera lens, and exploring new countries and cultures.
