Miguel Chavez, MD is an advanced heart failure and transplant cardiologist at Intermountain Health’s McKay-Dee Heart Failure Clinic in Ogden, Utah. He’s bilingual in Spanish and English, and supports patients in Ogden, North Ogden, South Weber, northern Davis County, and surrounding communities, with clinical interests in advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathies (all etiologies), cardiac amyloidosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, cardiogenic shock, heart transplant, and mechanical circulatory support.
