He is very kind!

Mick was kind and considerate in dealing with this 74 years old schoolteacher. That can’t be easy, but he was very patient and helped me understand the MRI and skillfully explained necessary procedures and appointments needed to facilitate the surgery.

He remembered me even though it's been years since my right shoulder replacement
