Michaela Gregory, MD

Michaela Gregory, MD, is a board-certified endocrinologist based in Arvada, Colorado, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of hormonal and metabolic conditions. Her clinical interests include diabetes and metabolism, thyroid disorders, pituitary disorders, and adrenal disorders.

Dr. Gregory is especially passionate about the management of diabetes and other metabolic conditions. She believes that proactive, optimized care throughout the course of an illness can significantly reduce the risk of long-term complications and greatly improve patients' quality of life as they age. Her approach to care is deeply patient-centered, emphasizing collaboration to develop personalized treatment strategies that meet each individual's unique needs.

Dr. Gregory earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, where she served as Chief Resident. She went on to complete a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Colorado.

Outside of work, Dr. Gregory enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and two dogs. She is passionate about taking part in outdoor mountain activities, including hiking, biking, and snowboarding
