About Michael L. Hadley

About The Provider

Michael Hadley is a fellowship-trained and certified Moh’s Surgeon who’s performed over 20,000 cases of Moh’s Surgery. This delicate procedure removes cancerous skin cells layer by layer. The skin is continually examined until cancer is no longer present. It’s a progressive technique that boasts a 99% cure rate. Dr. Michael Hadley also takes pride in cosmetic reconstruction following Moh’s Surgery. His motto is “you and I will know something was removed but no one else will.” His other clinical interests include CO2 laser resurfacing for wrinkles, acne scar treatment, redness removal, and the use of fillers to treat unwanted blemishes.

After completing his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University, Dr. Hadley attended the University of Utah School of Medicine, graduating with his M.D., followed by a residency in dermatology at Emory University. He then completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and advanced reconstructive surgery in affiliation with the University of Alabama and under the direction of Dr. Gary Monheit. After completing his training, Dr. Hadley returned to practice at the University of Utah School of Medicine and Huntsman Cancer Institute where he was an associate professor. He was involved in research, teaching and patient care. Dr. Hadley is perhaps most proud of being selected as "Teacher of the Year" by the residents and elected as President of the Utah Dermatology Association. He currently practices as a Dermatologist at Ogden Clinic and specializes in Mohs surgery procedures and Cosmetic and Dermatologic Botox treatment.
