About The Provider
Brett Engar, MSN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner specializing in pediatric blood and marrow transplant (BMT) at Intermountain Health's Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Brett also has special clinical interests in, pediatric hematology and oncology, and critical care. He also performs procedures including bone marrow collection and suturing.
Brett cares for children with a wide range of conditions, including leukemia, anemia, neuroblastoma, severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID), and myelodysplastic syndromes. He enjoys guiding patients and families throughout their treatment journey, from diagnosis through recovery, and values building lasting relationships along the way.
