Melissa Miller is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of experience providing compassionate, comprehensive care across the lifespan. Based in Grand Junction, CO, she specializes in family medicine with a particular focus on neonatal health, pediatrics and primary care.
Melissa brings a deep sense of presence, clarity, and integrity to every patient encounter. Her philosophy of care centers on truly listening—meeting patients where they are and partnering with them to create care plans that are not only evidence-based but also aligned with their unique stories, goals, and daily lives.

I feel the level of care Melissa Miller, NP provides is perfect for me. I feel heard and she answers my questions until I fully understand my options. She has helped me create a health plan going forward that I can feel good about. I appreciate that we are establishing baselines and checking into issues that effect my daily life. I also appreciate her efficiency of communicating with me through MyChart - she responds to test results and questions in a very timely manner.

Once against she was attentive of my health concerns and made the effort to not just listen to me, but to hear me, and process my health concerns properly, and help me come up with solutions properly. Once again I didnt even plan to bring up some things because I was afraid I would overwhelm her, as the last dr I saw was overwhelmed by what he called "my ever revolving issues" or something like that, but she was able to organize and handle them with ease, and helped me feel like I could bring up with whats concerning me without overwhelming her.

Melissa Miller, FNP BC was an amazing find. It was my first visit with her and she gave me her full time and attention. She seemed genuinely interested in learning about my health and health goals, and seemed to care greatly about creating a positive experience in reaching those goals. She was very responsive in communicating through My Chart when I had follow up questions. I look forward to establishing a relationship with her as my PCP.
