Megan N. Speirs, NP

Megan Speirs is a certified nurse practitioner at Intermountain Health, offering virtual care to patients scheduled for procedures and helping them with their recovery. She works with the surgical and anesthesia teams to optimize patient outcomes for surgical and endoscopic procedures.

Megan is passionate about helping people live their best life to their full potential, by taking the time to address their needs and collaborating with them to reach a common goal to achieve their desired health outcomes.

When she’s not working, the Utah native enjoys spending time with her husband and their two beautiful daughters. They enjoy sports, the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

• Peripheral vascular disease
• Malnutrition and anemia
• Cardiopulmonary conditions (CHF, COPD, ect)
• Obeisity and mobility impairments
• Renal diease and fluid/electrolyte disturbances
• Smoking and nicotine dependence
• Infectious risk and immune compromise
