Megan Hopkins, NP

Megan Hopkins, NP, is a psychiatrist with Intermountain Health’s Connect Care. She meets with patients virtually helping them treat mood disorders, major depression, generalized anxiety, bipolar disorder and more. She particularly enjoys helping patients manage mood and anxiety disorders, because these cases allow her to build strong therapeutic relationships while seeing meaningful progress through psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.

As a caregiver, Megan believes in providing compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care that empowers individuals to achieve mental wellness. Her approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a commitment to reducing stigma and promoting recovery. She is committed to providing compassionate, nonjudgmental, and evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs, with a goal to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in their mental health journey.

Outside the clinic, the Utah native enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in outdoor activities including gardening, camping and paddle boarding. She loves to travel, attend live music events, and has a growing collection of vinyl records that she loves to listen to.
